Standard home inspections are visual. Environmental issues are invisible.

Home Inspector Checks

Roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC operation, windows, doors, structural issues. They look at what they can see.

Environmental Inspector Tests

Mold spores in air, lead in paint, asbestos in materials, air quality, water quality. We test for what you can't see.

Both are valuable — they test different things. Home inspectors may note "signs of water damage" or "possible mold." I confirm whether there's actually a problem and how severe it is.
