We serve the entire OKC Metro within a 45-mile radius.
Outside 45 miles? Call anyway. We'll figure it out — there's just a small mileage fee ($0.73/mile).

Yes, for at least the first 15 minutes. I'll walk you through what I'm looking for and answer any immediate questions. After that, you're welcome to stay or go — I'll call when I'm wrapping up.
Same-day verbal summary. Lab results come back within 24 hours. Full written report within 48 hours of the lab data — usually faster.
I'll tell you exactly what was found, where, and what it means. I'll provide a scope and protocol if needed. What I won't do: sell you remediation. I don't do remediation. That's the whole point.
